What to Expect in Your PT Consultation

Your personal training journey starts with a comprehensive consultation. This is where we sit down and talk about your goals — whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, strength, endurance, or overall lifestyle improvement. We’ll discuss your training history, current routine (if any), injuries, lifestyle habits, and nutrition. I’ll also take time to understand your motivation, preferences, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. From there, we map out a clear, realistic plan tailored to your body, schedule, and ambitions.

Your First Personal Training Session

Your first session is all about building a strong foundation. We’ll go through technique checks to ensure you're performing exercises safely and effectively. I’ll introduce you to key movements based on your plan — whether that’s weight training, conditioning, or mobility work — and make sure you feel confident using the equipment. We’ll also set early benchmarks for strength, endurance, and mobility, so we can track your progress from day one. Every step will be guided, explained, and adapted to your pace. Most importantly, you’ll leave the session feeling clear on what to expect, motivated, and ready to move forward.
